The launch of the National Black Boys Can Youth Council took place on Thursday 10 July 2008 and was introduced by Dr Tony Talburt, Education and Curriculum Advisor for the National Black Boys Can Association.
The Black Boys Can National Youth Council is made up of young black boys from across the country who are the official voice of the young people within the National Black Boys Can Association. As youth ambassadors, they represent our organisation on issues relating to the youth of today.
The programme included presentations of achievements to date.
The venue for the launch was held at the Willesden Green Library, 85 High Rd, Willesden Green, Brent NW20 2SF.
